As someone who struggles with anxiety and depression, I found my haven in nature. Let's be honest, not all days are going to be "excellent vibes," but it's important to live in the moments that make you feel alive. And I feel the most alive in nature. On windy mountain tops, dipping my toes in an ice cold alpine lake, or navigating my way through a slot canyon. These moments are so vital for us, as humans, to find the fulfillment in life we all crave, whatever that craving may be.

This is a place for everyone, because the outdoors are for everyone. Come as you are, without judgement, and let's enjoy mother nature's greatest gift, together!

Being An Excellent Vibe isn't something you are, it's something that you strive to be everyday. It's a belief structure to help you enjoy life's highs and appreciate the fact that your lows aren't forever.
